NMW Riding Academy

NMW Riding Academy is a riding school and equestrian centre in Inverurie and District, Aberdeenshire. Established and run by Rachael Doubleday, offers horse riding lessons and much more in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. Our vision is to bring the joy of horsemanship to as many people as possible. Rachael is originally from Darlington in England and started riding at the age of 9/10 on a friend's pony then went on to ride and volunteer at a local riding school. When she left school she went to the Northern Racing College in Doncaster for a 3 month residential course where she gained my NVQ1 in horse care and then back to her local riding school to do her NVQ 2 through Houghall college. On completion of this she moved to Fife in Scotland to work at sister yards Wester Deanhead and Kingsbarn Equestrian centre. Here is where Rachael learned the reality of horses and the long hours involved The centre holds British Horse Society approval.
